Julie Eichelberger, MA, LPC
Therapy is my passion. I earned my Master's Degree in Community Counseling in 2004 from UCCS. I have worked in a variety of community health settings for nearly two decades before branching out into my private practice. I have worked with our military members as well as our civilians to help heal their wounds from trauma. I love to learn and have been trained in numerous therapy techniques so I can tailor therapy to an individual's needs. I enjoy heIping those who may have had a negative experience with therapy in the past and showing how it can be helpful, compassionate, non-judgmental and effective. I believe in having a strong foundation in mindfulness and often say, "Everything starts with mindfulness." When not helping clients, I enjoy gardening, hiking, baking, reading, being outdoors in nature and spending time with my family.
Today is the day to start making changes
"Trying to avoid the problem is not the solution."
Bleeding Heart Counseling provided a safe space for my healing journey. Highly recommend their services.
I felt understood and supported throughout my therapy sessions. Truly transformative experience with compassionate guidance.
