IFS creates inner and outer connectedness by helping people access their Self and, from that core, come to understand and heal their parts. All parts are welcome in IFS.

Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) is a type of psychotherapy that helps people adapt to challenges in life by accepting their thoughts and feelings, and acting in line with their values. It utilizes a lot of metaphors and experiential exercises.
Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) is a groundbreaking therapeutic model that facilitates emotional processing and the creation of secure relationships with self and others.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a researched, effective psychotherapy method that utilizes bilateral stimulation to help people recover from trauma and PTSD symptoms. I also am trained in the Flash Technique.
AEDP
Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) is an experiential model that seeks to alleviate patients’ psychological suffering by helping them process the overwhelming emotions associated with trauma in a way that facilitates corrective emotional and relational experiences. A key component is that trauma occurs due to feelings of overwhelming aloneness.
Energy Psychology Techniques
Energy psychology is a method of therapy that combines Eastern approaches to the mind and body with Western psychology and psychotherapy ideas. This includes meridian point tapping as part of Emotional Freedom Technique.
